Pay for your purchase conveniently and securely in advance or when you pick it up. You will find the account details for your prepayment in your order confirmation, which you will receive immediately after receiving your order.

When paying in advance, please always quote your order number. Otherwise your payment will not be assigned automatically and there may be a delay in shipping.

Shipping and returns

Your shipping packaging

Packages are usually delivered with DHL 2 days after receipt of payment. If you prefer to receive a DHL shipment by registered mail, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery.
We'll send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. The loading fees are fixed, with transport costs fluctuating depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. We cannot combine two different orders. The shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package is sent at your own risk, but extra care is taken with fragile goods. The shipping boxes are cut wide and your goods are packed well protected.

Please note the maximum weight of 30kg per package in our online shop.

Shipping with DHL

Insured shipping with DHL and convenient receipt of your order at your doorstep. The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. Shipping to a DHL packing station is possible, provided no age verification is required. Please include your packing station as the address and your postal number in your comments on the order.
